Ray has been a fully qualified ADI for over 7 years. With a wealth of business coaching experience and having held senior positions in some large multi-national UK businesses. Ray has worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs for over 25 years to grow and develop profitable businesses.
Latterly in the Driver Training Industry over the last 7 years, Ray is now training new driving instructors to enter the industry with our TCIT Instructor Training Course, as well as develop ADI’s to their full potential with skills training with our aCCeLerate course. In addition Ray helps current ADI’s deliver training to the new Driver and Rider Standard assessed by the new Standards Check with ongoing Standards Check and CPD training. Ray comments… “I absolutely want the best for every ADI I meet. I am passionate about this business, raising standards and the driving instructors that do their best within it. I know it can be lonely out there sometimes and ADI’s need the support of excellent training and trainers like me there with them every step of the way.” Ray is a strong advocate of CPD. He is a ROSPA Gold and IAM advanced driver, has been a coach for over 20 years and holds ‘Life Coaching’ and other business qualifications including a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) Ray has also completed the BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development.
