Kev Field I qualified as an ADI in June 2008 passing first time, and in February 2011 I passed my Fleet Instructors test, first time, and joined the Fleet register which enables me to offer coaching and assessments to fully qualified drivers in a corporate environment.
I am Pass Plus registered and a member of the Driving Instructors Association.
In July 2011 I attended a driving / coaching conference at the University of East London which has updated me in recent and upcoming changes in driving education.
Following on quickly from this I decided to study for my BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development with the Tri-Coaching Partnership. I completed and passed this new award in driving education in September 2012
On my last assessment I was awarded a Grade 6 on all elements which is the highest grade an instructor can be given, (only 7% of instructors are Grade 6)
Covering the following areas:
· Bedfordshire
· Buckinghamshire
· Northamptonshire
· Oxfordshire

PART 3 Passed
Kevin has helped me all the way through my driving instructor training and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Kevin is calm, professional and fun and has a particular ability to draw out the skills in you that you don’t know that you have. If you are serious about becoming a driving instructor Kevin’s listening, analytical and solution finding skills are what you need. Mat Rawlings
Great day one, very Informative now looking forward to day 2 Dave Patterson
Hi Kev Hope your well? I'm just sitting here having a bit of self reflection and just thought I'd let you know that since I started the BTEC 3 just over a year ago I've had 27 tests with only 7 fails all of which passed 2nd time and an average of 3 mdfs Also gone from grade 4 to an A Not bad eh !! I'm still learning but definatly think my pupils are benefiting from my new found Ccl skills Just thought I'd let you know Cheers Dave
I signed up with TRI-COACHING to do their level 3 coaching course because I wanted to see if I really was coaching. My tutor for the course was Kevin Field who I have to say was fantastic. He coached me through the coaching process which made me realise that I hadn't really been coaching at all. With his patient way of working/coaching he has helped me to start to my coaching journey. I can tell you I won't be looking back as coaching is the way forward. Cheers Kev Adrian Bridle ADI and Fleet trainer
David Belton "Would just like to say that I attended a standards check and ccl course yesterday at Banbury held by Kev Field and found it to be very informative, helpful and very enjoyable. Kev held the course in car and it helped very much. Would recommend anyone who has not done one of these to sign up for one as soon as possible."
Brilliant course well structured, superb coach/tutor, thanks Kev for some very thought provoking skills, now the practice and the assignments.

What I'm taking away is a better understanding of the requirements of the Standards Check and the marking sheet. The delivery of the material was at the correct pace and has inspired me to further my knowledge and experience in Coaching and Client Centred Learning. My personal development plan provides me the route map to delivering a better service and learning experience. Mahendra
