He says: 'Four years ago I decided I wanted develop myself as an ADI and become the best I can be, I didn't know where to go or what I was really looking for so I decided to use Google and surf the net to see what I could find. I found a few local one-day courses which I pondered over but I wanted something more challenging.
I came across Tri-Coaching Partnership and browsed through the courses they had on offer. The BTEC Level 4 in Coaching for Driver Development caught my eye straightaway. I felt that's the challenge I'm looking for and contacted Graham Hooper through the website. We had a long chat as Graham explained the course to me and I enrolled on to the course. I can honestly say I have never looked back since - the course not only developed me as an ADI but has changed me as a person and my outlook on life.
Since then I have taken more training with Tri-Coaching Partnership and become one of their trainers delivering courses in Standards Check Training, aCCeLerate (a stepping stone to coaching & CCL) and Driver Metrics (fleet training).'
