Elton Taylor My Name is Elton and I am one of the handpicked trainers delivering the BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development. I also own and operate Taylors Driving School.
I am passionate about teaching both learner drivers, new instructors and developing ADIs. I absolutely love what I do! Over the previous six years my growing brand has become associated with the very high standards that we offer all our driver clients, and that those standards are offered as a very individual service. This is as a result of the client centred methods that we use, and means that we can charge a very good hourly rate for our instructors. TCIT and Tri-Coaching partnership are the only resources that even come close to giving PDI’s the training that they need to meet the standards, that I want and expect from those that represent my company, and work towards our mission statement; ‘To create safe, thinking, driver’s for life!’ Another very important ambition is to change public perception about the driver training industry as a profession, and again TCIT and Tri-Coaching as a whole provide me with the resources that I need to pursue this goal!
