BTEC 4 Module 4 Newport Pagnell 7/3/2016

Just wanted to say thank you for the past year on my BTEC 4 course. Finished it yesterday. Its been a journey! I can thoroughly recommend it.Susan McCormack and Graham Hooper are a wealth of knowledge and experience. The course is professional and challenging. I am definately not the same ADI I was a year ago! Its a revelation and its made my job so much easier and rewarding. My coaching skills are a work in progress and I am reflecting on them daily! But the best bit is knowing that I am putting drivers on the road with more awareness of their responsibilities as a driver, to keep them safe. Thank you again.

I would like to express my thanks to Sue and Graham for the excellent BTEC Level 4 course. I have greatly enjoyed each module and the in car coaching yesterday with Di was highly inspiring too. Completing the final module today has left me feeling really positive and refreshed. 
I have many new ideas to work on with the PDI's and learners that I'm training and do so with renewed enthusiasm and excitement in my role. Completing the course has raised my self-awareness, and taught me some excellent methods in reflecting in what I do and how I help others. I highly recommend the course to all ADI's, I've had chance to meet and work along side some really nice people on the course and will really miss the attending the sessions. Thanks once again.
