It is great to see that approved driving instructors that have taken the time and money to invest in themselves, recognise publicly how well they have done, it is reassuring for all of us at Tri-Coaching Partnership that we have great products that have been developed for ADI CPD.
Auriel Allchin posted this on Facebook 'I was assessed by Ndors for Ndac. I currently get involved in Nsac, Ndac, Wdu and in April DDR programme. I never been one for assessments but relish the opportunity to develop. Ndac I would consider to be my weakest delivery and was dreading Ndors showing up. Well yesterday was the day!. My feedback only lasted 5 minutes because basically their was only a few minor developments needed. I was told you handled two really challenging clients excellent by using strong coaching skills to get the point across! I believe if I hadn't done the Btec level 4 (I was the second class) when it 1st started the results I achieved yesterday would not have been achievable for me. I was very old school part 3 text book instructor before I did my Btec. Graham Hooper still remember the 1-2-1 feedback in McDonald's? After viewing a session with one of my students. Btec has opened doors for me professionally and personally. I've never believed in myself as an Instructor, I've been doing it since 2004! But I'm going from strength to strength due to coaching. Thanks goes to Graham Hooper for his support and encouragement' Fiona Taylor replied I have to agree with you Auriel! My career has changed so much since doing my Btec4. I also deliver the NDAC sessions, along with aCCeLerate and SC Training Days one to one training etc etc! My days are so varied, but the NDACs are a real pleasure too, as the coaching skills mean that you can converse with people with less chance of a defensive (non-receptive) reaction. These skills are so versatile. Well done for your achievements! |
