The very lifeblood of business as an approved driving instructor is recommendations and the question I would like to ask is, are you getting enough reviews ? Do you proactively search for them and ask for them ? It may seem that asking for a review could be a bit of a cheek but if you want feedback about your business then if your customer does not want to give you a review you need to ask why ? Then listen to them and change and adapt your business as the feedback you get not only is motivational but also gives you the opportunity to improve and so if you think you have done a good job then ask for that review. Phil Mann Chelmsford NE Just got back from an outstanding 2 day train the trainer course. What an eye opener to how badly trained we were in the first place!!! It was nice to also work with great group, hopefully new friendships formed as well. This was just another outstanding course, after Btec 4, which, having completed, made things a lot more sense. Thanks to Graham, Sue, Sara and Di for their commitment and help. Look forward to working with you all again in the future. |
