![]() New Website Launch Announcement: Tri-Coaching Partnership launches new instructor training site at www.drivinginstructortrainingcourse.co.uk Here at Tri-Coaching Partnership we’re very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website which is now live and is located at the new web address www.drivinginstructortrainingcourse.co.uk. The site’s homepage features information about our brand new instructor training product and details reasons why someone would choose us to complete their training to become an Approved Driving Instructor. A few of our goals with the new website were to make it fast, easy to navigate and user-friendly. As a leader in the field of developing driving instructors, it was important for us to make information regarding course content, features and delivery as easily accessible as possible for our current and prospective clients. We make it a point to provide our clients with the most accurate, up-to-date information and share our knowledge and expertise in the field of training and development. Our new site features detailed information about what makes our instructor training product so different from anything else out there because it is mapped against the DVSA National Standards and also comes with guaranteed work opportunities. We also want to encourage anyone, who is training to be a driving instructor, to visit our website. We have plenty of resources, including Action Plans and Lesson Plans, available for download, free of charge; as well as all the latest information on the DVSA National Standards and the qualifying Parts 1, 2 and 3. We offer classroom sessions to PDIs about the Goals for Driver Education (GDE), National Standards, Client-centred learning, Communication and Feedback skills and these are available to all PDIs, even if you are training elsewhere. This gives everyone an opportunity to get to know us better and to come back to us for CPD once qualified as an ADI. One noticeable change on our new site is our logo. Tri-Coaching Instructor Training has adopted a new logo with our original pyramid design but now in shades of green. When redesigning our logo we found studies show that the color green evokes a sense of growth, development and well-being – Our clients are always our first priority and we plan for it to stay that way. You’ll find our new site is divided into a number of sections with a client-centric layout so our clients can easily navigate our site and locate the information they are seeking. We have a menu at the top and also in the footer of the page plus several links within the text to increase user-friendly navigation. Our Tri-Coaching team has worked collaboratively to put together a new website rich in information to be used as a resource just for you. We pride ourselves on being a training leader in the driver training industry and look forward to hearing any feedback from you. If you experience any problems using the new website or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@drivinginstructortrainingcourse.co.uk ![]() Who decides how much you earn? More precisely, who decides how much you charge? Have you ever sat back and thought about how much you need to live on? Rent/mortgage, energy bills, council tax, food, clothing, holidays? Thinking of holidays, how about rainy days??? It’s very rare to find an ADI that actually decides how much they charge based on how much they want to earn. The vast majority look and see what the local ‘market price’ is for their area and then decide whether to price themselves just over or just under that price. Correct? Earnings therefore are based on the number of hours worked i.e. quantity, rather than the amount per hour which means quality … of work of course, not just life! … If however you could decide what you really want to charge how would you be able to charge it or more precisely, do you think that you’d have the guts to do so? Would it be too much do you think? Even more importantly, how would you feel if you could eh? So sit back and think. What could YOU do to charge that price? Have you ever paid for a service that you initially thought was expensive but turned out to be well worth it? What was it and also, what was it that made it well worth it? Was it the quality of the service that made it value for money? (Remember that if you thought it was expensive but well worth it, was it really expensive?) If you can still remember it and how good it was, would you recommend it to any one you know so that they could benefit from this experience? Now then, could you do something to make your driving lessons ‘well worth it’? Could you do something that would make your learners tell their friends the same thing? Improving the way that you conduct your driving lessons could make it ‘well worth it’ for your customers as well couldn’t it? Have you ever been asked to do something and take responsibility for doing it by someone that you respected? How did you feel about yourself and how did you feel about that person that gave you that opportunity? Was it ‘well worth it’? To turn yourself into an ADI that can allow their customers to put their money where your mouth is, contact Tony Phillips and discuss Tri-Coaching’s aCCeLerate BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award for Coaching in Driver Development course. Tri-Coaching has turned Tony’s world round and he could now help you to turn yours. http://www.tri-coachingpartnership.com/tony-phillips.html |
