Our Group Coaching takes you through a model of behavioural change that gives you the tools, and the space, to explore your personal challenges. Clients who have taken this course, have been surprised how quickly their motivation has improved and their confidence increased, just by having the space to talk and discuss their thoughts through a guided process, with no judgement attached.
This process starts with allowing yourself the chance to think about you, what you want from your life and what achievements will be important to you. This coaching allows you to create an action mindset that looks at what has stopped you up to now, what barriers are still in the way and how resolving those problems will unlock the potential for your future.

The 4 sessions of group coaching were really interesting - they were thought provoking and also motivating. The course has helped me to reassess various aspects of my life and has reinvigorated me - something I really needed as we head towards the lifting of lockdown. A well thought out course. It really helped motivate me to start things and feel as though things like the to do list were not getting on top of me. Thoughtful questions from Graham helped me start things and see where extra thought was needed why clashes come in goal setting. I found the last 2 sessions more helpful as I felt more connected to the group at the half way point and the confidence session really spoke to me. Thanks so much Graham. Hoping to continue in a thoughtful direction. 4*

just completed the group coaching, 4 great sessions looking at myself, giving me the motivation to activ8 and change my mindset. bringing a new found happiness & confidence within. very well structured by Graham, kick starting me into action! lots of helpful bits to take away and use to maintain the change. looking in the mirror will never be the same again! a must do for anyone looking to treat themselves to a bit of TLC & self improvement.5*

At the beginning of the group coaching course I really didn't know what to expect and assumed it was just a number of people talking to each other with no structured objectives. Graham, set objectives for each zoom session and I quickly saw the purpose of each of the sessions and their relevance. Thank you, Graham for running a positive and awareness raising course! 5*
