David Bradley From Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire I qualified as a driving instructor in 1989. I first came across Tri-Coaching when enquiring with regards to CPD in 2012.I immediately started The BTEC level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development.
Tri-Coaching was at the forefront of the client centred methods and training that we have come to know, even before the DVSA decided to restructure the way ADI’s and PDI’s were tested. Since gaining this qualification I have furthered my career thanks to Tri-Coaching by becoming one of their trainers. I am proudly licenced to deliver their instructor training courses, including aCCeLerate for qualified instructors. Before pandemic and lockdown times I have had the opportunity to diversify by coaching some of the country’s well known companies fleet drivers through the DriverMetrics initiative, DriverMetrics is a course that Tri Coaching were invited to deliver and I was privileged to be introduced to and advised on the course by Professor Lisa Dorn from Cranfield University in delivering the coaching methods to the said businesses across the country. I am very proud to have my association with the Tri coaching partnership and I continue to learn from them, Not only the highly skilled and knowledgeable team of Sue, Graham, Sara and Di, but each and everyone of my training colleagues across the Tri coaching network. |
