Tony is our trainer in South London and also covers parts of the London suburbs of Surrey and Kent.
Having qualified as an ADI in 1995, he has a great deal of experience in various fields of driver training and has been a Grade 6 instructor for around 13 years having been assessed at this level with learner, ADI Part 2 and Fleet.
Although he has been ORDIT and Fleet registered for many years, the fleet check test was an eye-opener for Tony as he realised that he needed to learn how to really coach as opposed to thinking that he was already coaching. That's when he took the Tri-Coaching BTEC Level 4 course, had his eyes opened and subsequently had his business improved.
Tony is a great believer in an 'everybody wins' attitude whereby coaching techniques improve pupil success and road safety which in turn produces recommendation and therefore improves instructor earnings.
